Vice President of Branch Operations
Brief Description:
Direct and coordinate operational activities and personnel in the Branch Operations Department. Responsible for implementation and compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations, policies, and procedures affecting the Branch Operations area.

- The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business/Finance related or applicable job related experience is required. CCUE, CUNA School or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum seven (7) years management experience, with at least ten (10) years in a full service financial institution.
- Advanced leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment.
- Must have a proactive attitude toward members, supervisors, co-workers and the credit union.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, email and Outlook.
